Four injured in dangerous traffic collision in the capital

Four people have injured in a dangerous traffic collision that took place in Male' City.

The traffic collision took place on Boduthakurufaanu Magu between MarryBrown and Kalhuthukalaa Koshi military base, on the tarmac industrial zone, around 2:05 a.m. and the injured was taken to Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH)

Sun Media journalist at IGMH at the time of the collision, Mohamed Simaau said that four people were brought to the hospital in two cars. One of the injured is a woman.

A witness to the traffic collision told Sun Media that some people driving the motorcycles were under the influence.

Four motorcycles were totaled in the collision last night and the Maldives Police Service has took custody of the vehicles.
