Crane tips over during harbor food court development

A crane being used in the development of the harbor food court has tipped over.

The incident took place at sunset today on Ameenee Magu near the mosque.

A witness at the scene told Sun Media that the crane tipped while taking goods into the food court area. No one was injured in the incident.

State Trading Organization (STO) has been developing a food court in the former café area at the south west harbor of Malé City.

Regarding the incident today, an official of STO told Sun Media that the crane was reset moments after the incident took place with the help of an excavator. The official said that no one was injured nor were any goods damaged in the incident.
