Dead body discovered in a lagoon near Hulhudheli

A dead body has been discovered in a lagoon near Dhaalu atoll Hulhudheli.

Police Media Offical said that the body was reported around 10:30 a.m. and is now in police custody to acquire samples.

While the police have not released any further information on the body, police have said that the case is under investigation.

Pictures acquired by Sun Media show a floating body with no visible parts of the body and the clothing indicates a male. It is unclear whether it is a local or foreigner.
