Van loses control, crashes into sea wall

A van being driven on Boduthakurufaanu Magu has lost control and crashed into the sea wall.

The incident was reported to the police at 2:40 p.m.

A witness to the incident told Sun Media that the van lost controlled and crashed on the sea wall near the new building of Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH) completely destroying the front of the vehicle.

While the driver of the vehicle was taken to IGMH for treatment, sources say the man did not sustain any serious injuries.
