STO begins survey to improve service

In an effort improve their customer services, State Trading Organization (STO) has begun a special survey.

STO said that the two weeks long survey is part of the Will Campaign which will be conducted at outlets in Malé, Hulhumalé and Vilimalé.

The company said that their survey aims to learn the customer's view on the STO services and acquire feedback to improve them.

"The surveys will take place online via tablets provided by STO staff" according to the company.

STO's Will Campaign began on 20 December 2015 to empower both staff and customers to social and environment development.
