Evaluation of businesses nominated for South Asian Travel Awards (SATA) 2017 is set to begin on August 16.
SATA is a regional travel and tourism award organized by Maldivian company, High Rise.
Sales and Marketing Manager of High Rise, Mariyam Maisha Shujau reported to “Sun” that judging is set to begin on August 16 in Maldives.
More than 414 businesses from five countries – Maldives, Sri Lanka, India, Nepal and Bhutan - have sent in nominations for this year’s SATA.
Evaluations will be held in:
- Maldives, at Champa Central Hotel
- South India, at The Chancery Pavilion, Bangalore
- North India, at Udman Hotels and Resorts by Ferns N Petals, New Delhi
- Nepal, at Hotel Mulberry
- Sri Lanka, at Ramada Hotel
SATA 2017 will be held in Addu City, Maldives in October.
