Hospitality partners for South Asian Travel Awards (SATA) 2017 have been selected from Sri Lankan capital Colombo and Indian capital New Delhi.
Event organizer – High Rise reports the Hospitality Partner for SATA 2017 from Colombo is Ramada Hotel, and the Hospitality Partner for SATA 2017 from New Delhi is Udman Hotels and Resorts by Ferns N Petals.
Businesses operating in India nominated for the awards include; Sheraton Grande, Mariotte, Courtyard, Holiday Inn, and Taj Hotels.
Businesses operating in Sri Lanka nominated for the awards include: Cinnamon Hotels, Amaya Resorts, The Kingsbury, Galle Face Hotel, Mount Lavinia Hotel, and Jetwing Hotels.
Presentations by properties nominated for the event from Sri Lanka will be presented to the judges and evaluated at the Ramada Hotel, and presentations by properties nominated for the event from Northern India will be presented to the judges and evaluated at Udman Hotels and Resorts by Ferns N Petals in New Delhi.
Evaluations are set to begin in middle of August.

SATA 2017 is scheduled to be held in Addu City, Maldives in October.
More than 414 businesses from five countries – Maldives, Sri Lanka, India, Nepal and Bhutan - have sent in nominations for this year’s SATA.
