Grand Park Kodhipparu opened with 120 villas

The “Grand Park Kodhipparu” – developed by Singapore’s Park Hotel Group in K. Kodhipparu, Maldives has been opened with 120 villas.

The island had been owned by local company Kodhipparu Investment and was sold to Park Hotel Group in August, 2016.

The resort “Grand Park Kodhipparu” was opened in late June.

The resort has 120 villas; ocean water villas, lagoon water villas, beach pool villas, ocean pool water villas and lagoon pool water villas, in addition to five grand residences.

65 of the villas have private pools. And all of the villas have the view of sunsets and sunrises, have sun terraces, and indoor and outdoor shower facilities.

The five “grand residences” located in the resort have two bedrooms and a large private pool.

The resort was designed by top American company Hirsch Bedner Associates.
