Coca Cola has introduced the world-famous juice drink brand Minute Maid to the Maldivian market.
Minute Maid was introduced to Maldives in a function held at Salt Café this Thursday afternoon by Chief Superintendent of Police, Ismail Naveen and General Manager of Coca Cola Maldives, Milind Derasari.
Speaking during the function, Derasari said the company had started with introducing just the 290 ml Minute Maid bottles to Maldives, but planned on expanding by introducing bigger bottles to the Maldivian market in the future.
The two flavors of the Minute Maid drink introduced are mixed fruit with orange pulp, and pulpy orange.
In his speech, Derasari said that fruit drinks were used as a substitute to eating fruit, while still enjoying the nutritional value and enjoying the same flavor. He said Minute Maid drinks were the best choice for both purposes.
Derasari noted that the drink was a great choice of breakfast during the coming month of Ramadan.
Minute Maid 290 ml bottles are being sold for MVR 12.
