Maldive Gas, Villa Hakatha cuts gas prices

Villa Hakatha has followed State-owned company Maldive Gas’ footsteps in cutting down prices of 10 kg gas cylinders by MVR 25.

Villa Hakatha issued a statement this Wednesday in which it said its MVR 200 gas cylinders will now be available for MVR 175.

Maldive Gas announced the price cut on its gas cylinders was for Ramadan and the end of the 6 days of fasting after that.

The company has reduced the price of its gas cylinders two times this year. The price was cut to MVR 210 in April and cut further to MVR 200 in June.
