Vehicles in a Gan residence destroyed in arson attack

Motorcycles parked inside a private residence in the Mathimaradhoo district of L. Gan have been destroyed in an arson attack.

The incident reportedly took place at the house – Asseyri – at approximately 3:10 am this Sunday morning.

Three motorcycles parked inside the residence were damaged beyond use in the fire.

A source reported to “Sun” that one of the motorcycles belonged to a police officer who works at the Gan Police Station, one of the motorcycles to his brother, and the other to his brother’s wife.

The source reported two of the motorcycles were fairly new.

Police media official informed “Sun” the case was reported to the authority at 3:15 am. He said the case was under investigation by Gan Police Station.
