469 students graduate from Villa College

469 students have completed their higher education and graduated from Villa College.

VC’s convocation ceremony was held last Saturday at Dharubaaruge in two sessions – morning and evening.

72 students who completed Masters of Business Administration, 103 students who completed Bachelor of Business Administration, 54 students who completed Bachelor of Accounting, 34 students who completed Bachelor of Human Resource Management, 22 students who completed Masters of Education, 15 students who completed Bachelor of Educational Administration, four students who completed Bachelor of Education in Mathematics, 19 students who completed Bachelor of Education in Teaching English as a Second Language, one student who completed Masters of Information Technology, and 18 students who completed Bachelor of Information Technology had their graduation during the morning session.

48 students who completed Masters of Sharia, 38 students who completed Bachelors of Sharia, three students who completed Post-Graduate Diploma in Research Studies, 21 students who completed Diploma in Public Health, two students who completed Post-Graduate Certificate in Research Studies and 16 students who completed Bachelor of Teaching Primary has their graduation during the evening session.

Total 341 students had their graduation during the morning session and 128 students had their graduation during the evening session.

10 students won the Qasim Ibrahim Award for Excellence.

Speaking during the convocation, VC’s Rector, Dr. Ahmed Anwar expressed hope the graduates make use of their education and provide valuable services to the country.
