Island Aviation opens bid to run café in Thimarafushi Airport

Island Aviation Services has announced that they are seeking a company to run a café at Thaa atoll Thimarafushi Domestic Airport.

A statement issued by Island Aviation on the Gazette, they opened for proposals and bids to run a café at the airport And so the information session on the bid has been set for 5 p.m. at the Thaa atoll Education Center on 28 February 2017.

Thimarafushi Domestic Airport was opened in 2013. An official from Island Aviation said that the Thimarafushi Airport, also the only airport in the atoll, has no café since it opened. The official said that no further information can be given since the project would be award on bid basis.

Interested parties are to submit their proposal on the night of 9 March 2017 at 8 p.m. at the Thaa atoll Education Center and the proposals from those who arrive late would not be accepted.
