BML donates MVR 150,000 to Care Society

National bank, Bank of Maldives has made a financial donation of MVR 150,000 to Care Society.

The donation, part of BML’s “Aharenge Bank, Dhivehinge Bank” campaign, was handed over to Care Society this Tuesday morning by CEO and Managing Director of BML, Andrew Healy.

Public Relations Manager of BML, Mohamed Saeed reported said that the donation was part of its community outreach campaign “Aharenge Bank, Dhivehinge Bank”.

“We hope that this donation will be sufficient for them to run their programs. And that this is beneficial to a lot of Maldivian families,” said Saeed.

Executive Director of Care Society, Niusha Muhaimin said that the donation will be used to finance its vocational training programs and buy materials needed to run its programs.
