ENSIS ARIA: 94 modern apartments in Hulhumalé

Ensis Group has inaugurated a residential modern apartment complex project in Hulhumalé.

The apartment complex named ARIA: Exceptional Living is being built by Ensis Realestate. At a special ceremony held in Hulhumalé, the project was inaugurated by the Tourism Minister, Moosa Zameer.

Being built within walking distance from the ferry terminal, the ARIA: Exceptional Living apartment complex is set to have a total of 94 modern apartments which includes 45 three-room apartments, 26 two-room apartments, 13 one-room apartments along with ten penthouses. The two-room and three-room apartments come with a small room which can be used as a maid room.

The complex is set to include a number of services including a swimming pool, kids swimming pool, Jacuzzi pool, health club and a basement parking area along with commercial shops, function hall and meeting rooms at the building.

Speaking at the inauguration, Minister Zameer said that the government gives priority to develop businesses to progress in the business sector and that the share of businesses and individuals in very large in the development of the country.

Minister Zameer said that business developments also further the government efforts to provide opportunities for the youth and make them contributing citizens of the society.

Ensis have conducted an apartment project in the past as well developing an apartment complex with ten apartments by the name of “Saimaa Residence”.
