“Sun” chosen SATA’s online media partner

Sun Online has been chosen as the online media partner for South Asian Travel Awards (SATA) 2016, which will be held in neighboring Sri Lanka this November.

SATA 2016 is being organized by Maldivian event management company, High Rise, and will be held in Sri Lanka’s Mount Lavinia Hotel on November 15 and 16.

Sun Online officially signed as the online media partner for SATA in a function held at Sun Media Group headquarters this Tuesday.

The partner agreement was signed by General Manager of High Rise, Habeeba Hussain, and General Manager – Sales and Marketing of SMG, Minha Faiz.

A number of popular media stations have signed up as media partners of SATA 2016; Ceylon Today - which is the print media partner, Red FM – which is the radio media partner, and ART television channel – which is the TV media partner.

Tourism and corporate partners of the event include Asian Travelers, Asian Diver, Asian

Geographic, Floating Asia, Maldives.net.mv, and Corporate Maldives.

Awards will be handed out from 39 categories in 10 segments.
