PSM releases audio and video of the Dhivehi translation of the Quran

Public Service Media (PSM) has released today the Dhivehi translation of the Holy Quran in audio and video format.

The translation made in an effort to raise the religious awareness was released by President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom.

The two translators that worked on the project, Dr. Mohamed Haneef and Ayyob Ali were commemorated for their work and were presented with a commemoratory shield at the launching event. The award was presented by the President Abdulla Yameen.

TVM and the Voice of Maldives have previous narrated the translation of the Holy Quran for independent Surahs (Chapters).
