PG Bisham leaves for Italy on an official visit

Prosecutor General Aishath Bisham has left for Italy on an official visit to attend the “International Criminal Law and International Cooperation in Penal Matters” conference in the city of Syracuse, Sicily, Italy.

The conference will be held from July 4 – July 15.

PG Bisham left for Italy on Saturday, along with Deputy PG Mariyam Nihaayath.

They are scheduled to return back to Maldives on July 16.

Deputy PG Mahmood Saleem is to take over until then.
