End of the wait: Coca Cola lucky winners at stadium to watch Euro 2016

These lucky winners are at Paris to watch Euro 2016 without having spent a cent. They are at the Parc des Princes in Paris. It’s their reward for texting the code written inside the cap of a Coca Cola bottle. A MVR 1 text has landed them in Paris in the dead center of Euro 2016.

The 12 lucky winners, two officials from Coca Cola, and three reporters watched the Round of 16 fixture between Wales and Northern Ireland on Saturday.

This the first time any of the two teams to join the prestigious tournament.

The lucky winners got the opportunity to be a part of history by witnessing Wales win the match 1-0 and reach the quarter finals for the first time in history.

They got to witness Real Madrid and Wales superstar Gareth Bale play in front of their own eyes.

They got to witness Arsenal and Wales superstar Aaron Ramsey play in front of their own eyes.

This is a dream that few Maldivian football fans see come to life.

The lucky winners got to stay at Paris for a week and visit places of historical significance – including the Eiffel Tower.

Coca Cola Maldives has been actively involved in running multiple social responsibility projects and celebrations in the country.

The Paris Trip is their gift to Maldivians as football fans all over the country stay glued to TVs as they watch their idols perform in one of the biggest footballing tournaments held in the world.
