Medianet expands service across the country

The cable TV service from Medianet has been expanded to the entire country.

With the expansion, the cable TV channels from Medianet are now available at every island of the country. Medianet said that the service would be available through local cable operators in the islands.

The atolls where the service is newly available include Laamu, Baa, Shaviyani, Haa-Alifu, Noonu, Gaafu-Alifu, Gaafu-Dhaalu, Alifu-Alifu, Dhaalu Alifu-Dhaalu and Raa atoll. Medianet service was previously introduced in Addu City and Fuvahmulah.

Medianet has over 60 channels available across the country. Popular Sports channels along with live matches would available in HD quality through Medianet Hits.

At the islands where the service in now available, immediate channels subscriptions can be made. And at the islands without the Medianet service, the service would be made available through local cable operators.
