Netball umpire training course conducted in Holhudhoo

A netball level 1 umpire training course has been conducted at Noonu Holhudhoo.

The course from 19-26 May was organized by the Holhudhoo Youth Center and was conducted with the Maldives National Institute of Sports and the Netball Association of Maldives.

Holhudhoo Youth Center said that netball umpire training course in the island was conducted with 15 participants and 13 participants completed the course.

While participants from Velidhoo and Manadhoo joined the course, it was conducted at Holhudhoo Pre-School, Holhudhoo Meynaa School and the indoor court of the island’s Youth Center.

The course was conducted by an experienced umpire from the Netball Association of Maldives.
