Sosun Villa donations distributed to Sri Lankan people

Maldives Educational and Cultural Center (MECC) established in Sri Lanka – commonly known as Sosun Villa - has donated the items collected to aid the people of Sri Lanka left in need of help after the wave of destruction left by Cyclone Roanu.

Third Secretary of Maldivian High Commission in Sri Lanka, Abdul Rasheed Adam – who is also in charge of running Sosun Villa - spoke to “Sun” on Wednesday and said that the effort to collect items for people of Sri Lanka was met with unprecedented support from Maldivians living in the country.
