Water leakage issue in Hulhumale’ mosque – Masjid al-Sheikh Qasim bin al-Tsani – has been resolved.
Empty cut off water bottles had been in use to collect the water leaking from the dome of the mosque and on to people performing prayers on rainy days – an issue which had remained unresolved for a long time.

Housing Development Corporation (HDC) announced on Thursday that they have resolved the issue. And have changed the packing of the dome.

Though the water leakage issue has been resolved. The mosque is still faced with additional issues that need attention such as tiles breaking off.
