Tornado wreaks havoc on Fenfushi

A. Dh. Fenfushi was hot by a tornado on Wednesday, resulting in extensive damage to property.

Police said on Thursday that the tornado resulted in walls of six houses falling down, and roofs of five houses being blown away.

The tornado hit the island at 4:15 pm, and caused a wide range of damage to other houses and property as well.

Police said that no injuries have been reported so far.

Police said that they are working with Fenfushi Council and civilians to clear fallen trees from the street and repair damaged property.
