Ooredoo Experience Center opens at the new building

The main store of Ooredoo Maldives, Ooredoo Experience Center has been opened at G. Asdhooge, on Majeedhee Magu.

At a colorful opening ceremony, the center was opened by the Ooredoo brand ambassador, Ali Ashafq (Dhangadey).

Ooredoo said that the new Experience Center is designed to provide the best atmosphere for their customers to explore the different services of the company.

Speaking at the ceremony, the CEO of Ooredoo Maldives, Vikram Singha said that he believes in the important of online services to the Ooredoo customers as the country is turning into a digital country. And so the company would priorities to provide services through My Ooredoo Portal and My Ooredoo App across the country.

The new Ooredoo Experience Center offer services such as Ooredoo Business, Mobile Money and Mobile Number Portability to their customers. And the customers are able to redeem points from the Ooredoo Loyalty Program, Ooredoo Vedhun to receive special bonuses.

The company said that there would be Quick Counters for small inquires that does not require a queue.

And the newly established Experience Zone offers an opportunity to use and test creative Ooredoo devices such as Ooredoo Locate, Ooredoo MyFi and Ooredoo Satellite Phones.
