Mahloof arrested for refusing to obey Police

MP for the South Galolhu constituency, Ahmed Mahloof has been arrested at the opposition MDP’s “Corruption Sure” protest rally.

Police Media Official said that MP Mahloof was arrested for disobeying Police orders.

The participants of the protest rally tried to create conflict after MP Mahloof’s arrest. And so the Police used pepper spray to control the rally.

The Police said that no one else was arrested in the conflict that took place while pushing the protestors back.
