Mother who allegedly killed her daughter remanded by 15 days

The woman who was arrested in Sh.. Noomaraa for the murder of her 4-year-old daughter has been remanded by 15 days.

Police Media Official told Sun Media that the 29-year-old woman was remanded by the Sh. Atoll Funadhoo Court.

President of Noomaraa Island Council, Ahmed Vishan told Sun Media that the incident is believed to have taken place sometime during Wednesday night. And that the suspicions for the murder fall on the mother.

No further details were given by the Police since the investigation is ongoing.
