Eva and Mahloof ordered to Police HQ for questioning

People’s Majlis representative for North-Galolhu, Eva Abdulla and representative for South-Galolhu, Ahmed Mahloof have been ordered to present themselves at Police Headquarters for questioning for littering copies of US Dollars with President Abdulla Yameen's face in front of President Yameen’s residence – G. Dhoovehi.

The issue is being investigated by Police General Investigation Department and Mahloof has been ordered to go to Police HQ at 2 pm on Friday, while Eva has been ordered to go to Police HQ at 3:30 pm on Friday.

The issue has also been taken up by Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

EPA has said that they had violated Waste Management Act, and asked that they present themselves to EPA within seven days.

Mahloof was also ordered to Police HQ for questioning on February 7 for tweeting that President Yameen and First Lady Fathimath Ibrahim had millions of dollars in their bank accounts.
