Telecom Company, Dhiraagu has modernized their 123 customer service and introduced Dhiraagu Live Chat.
At a special ceremony held at their Head Office today, Dhiraagu launched their Live Chat service made available 24 hours, seven days a week.
Dhiraagu said that with the modernization of their 123 service to online, customers can seek information, services and resolve other related matters from customer relation staff via chat.
The company assures that the staff of the Contact Center would be communicating with the customers in their preferred language, English or Dhivehi (Latin), to provide any information.
The service is now available via the Live Chat tab on Dhiraagu website after providing the name and email address to chat with a contact center staff.
Manager of the Dhiraagu Contact Center, Mohamed Azleem said that the new service introduce today would broaden the customer relations service provided by the company and make things easier for the customers as well.
“As the service is being provided between our Head Office in Malé and the Kulhudhuffushi Office, we have trained capable employees for this. And also because of this, customers have a new option opened aside from calling 123.” Azleem said.
Along with the Live Chat introduced today, Dhiraagu customers can pay their bills via My Account on holidays as well along with other online services via the website.
