Nihayath appointed Assistant PG

Former Civil Court judge Mariyam Nihayath has been appointed Assistant Prosecutor General.

Speaking to “Sun” PG Aishath Bisam said that Nihayath was appointed Assistant PG on Sunday morning.

Nihayath retired as a judge on December 31, 2015 after a long service to Civil Court.

The latest appointment pushes total number of people in Assistant PG position to three. The other two being Hussein Nashid and Jihadha Anees.
