Minor arrested with drugs

A minor has been arrested after a search was conducted at a house in Malé City.

In an operation conducted following information received by the Drug Enforcement Department, Police arrested a 17-year-old boy.

Police said that they found 18 rubber packets of suspected drugs from the residence.

The minor who was taken into Police custody has record of theft and drug related cases.
