President of the Civil Service Commission, Dr. Ali Shameem has said that they are working to accommodate easy housing for civil service employees.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony of the five-year plan of the Civil Service held at Hotel Jen today, Dr. Shameem said that the government is discussing easy housing for Civil Servants under an easy plan.
“We are seeing hope about this growing. And so we see the discussions with the government succeeding.” Dr. Ali Shameem said.
He said that a number of Civil Service employees live in rent housings. And even if the employee salary does not rise annually, the rent is going up and so they are working for a solution.
Dr. Shameem said that employee performance is affected by the rise of rents.
