Police investigates misappropriation of two million from the Pension Office

Police have started investigating the misappropriation of about MVR 2 million from the Maldives Pension Administration Office.

The Police Media Official said that their suspect right now is the Deputy Home Minister, Ahmed Adheem.

The Official confirmed that the case is being investigated but did not give any further detail on the case.

Adheem worked at the Pension Office from 2010 to 2014.
