Pre-Employment Camp for Youth begins in Fuvahmulah

Pre-employment camp for teenagers who were unable to complete their education and training young men and women on basic fundamentals of employment has begun in Fuvahmulah.

A number of activities are planned for the 16-day camp organized by the Public Affairs Department of the Maldives Police Service, Ministry of Law and Gender, UNICEF and the Fuvahmulah Police Station.

Police said that they would be working on improving their standard of living, strengthening their religious faith and live a responsible life.

And healthy lifestyles through the importance of exercise, being responsible instead of turning to crime and the participants would be trained to be a respectable member of the society.

Experienced professionals would be conducting trainings in this camp that began today with 44 participants.
