Supreme Court orders courts not to go to recess

Supreme Court has ordered the lower courts not to go to recess claiming it is to speed up the cases at trials.

An order from the Supreme Court today said that enforcing justice to the cases presented at the court is important to civil stability and social and economic development.

The order said that the country has targeted towards new economic developments and at a time like this, going to recess as per usual does not allow for the sake of the country.

Although the courts go to recess at the end of the year, some cases that are deemed important do still proceed.
