Woman arrested in Dhaandhoo for stealing jewelry

A woman has been arrested for stealing jewelry in G.A. Dhaandhoo.

Police said that they arrested a 35-year-old woman for the crime and a gold necklace and a ring from the stolen items has been recovered so far.

Police said that a gold pendent, ring and a chequebook is yet to be found. The woman has been taken into Police custody for theft before.

And said that she has a record for thieving, drug possession and illicit behavior.

The woman has now gotten her remand extended by 15 days.
