Dunya meets with Foreign Minister of Italy

Minister of Foreign Affairs Dunya Maumoon has met with her Italian counterpart, Paolo Gentiloni.

The meeting took place at the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly, on Friday, 1 October 2015.

The two ministers discussed furthering bilateral cooperation and promoting investment between the two countries, and exchanged views on working closely towards achieving a strong climate agreement in Paris.

Permanent Representative of Maldives to the UN Ahmed Sareer, and Joint Secretary Farzana Zahir participated in the meeting.
