Three arrested on theft of mobile phones and gold from a house in Thinadhoo

Three people have been arrested for the theft of money, mobile phones and gold rings from a house in Thinadhoo.

Police said last night that they arrested three men of the ages 27, 28 and 35. They did not give any further details on the suspects.

They were arrested under a court order following a report of theft of five mobile phones, two gold rings and some money from Bahaaree Villa, G.Dh. Thinadhoo, on Tuesday in the early hours of morning.

Police said that one of the rings reported stolen was found in the mouth of one of the suspects. The search of a second suspect revealed one of the phones that were stolen. And the remaining ring, phones and some of the money reported stolen were found during the search of the residences of the suspects.
