President Waheed to depart to India tomorrow on Indian Prime Minister

President Dr Mohamed Waheed Hassan Manik will depart to India tomorrow on an official visit on the invitation of Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh. The President will be accompanied by the First Lady Madam Ilham Hussain, and a delegation of senior government officials.

The President’s Office said that during his visit, President Waheed will meet with Prime Minister Singh and other senior officials of the Indian government, to discuss ways to further develop bilateral cooperation between the two countries, in the different areas of development.
