Business Registration Bill sent to Committee

Business Registration Bill has been sent to Parliament’s Economic Committee.

The bill proposed by MP Ali Riza of Milandhoo constituency on behalf of the government in today’s parliamentary session, was sent to the committee with the supporting vote of 51 members among 52 members attended.

According to the Bill anybody who wish to do a business has to register the business in the concerning authority.

Although the opposition members criticized the bill, they also noted the importance of the bill. They also said that they are concerned because the bill mentions a registration fee.
