Boards of Directors of four companies reconstituted

The President has reconstituted the Boards of Directors of four companies.

The companies are Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC), Maldives Industrial Fisheries Company Ltd (Mifco), Gulhifalhu Industrial Zone Ltd, and Maldives Tourism Development Corporation Plc Ltd (MTDC).

Ms Aminath Athifa of M. Aasthaana was appointed as Chairman of the MTCC board, while Dr Ahmed Adhuham Abdulla of Ma. Maaveyoge was appointed as the Managing Director. Other members of the Board of Directors are Mohamed Ali of H. Keeranmaage, and Imran Wajdee of Zikura, S. Maradhoo.

For the Board of Directors at Mifco, Dr Fathin Hameed of H. Meenaz was appointed as Chairman, and Mr Hassan Shafiu of Blue wing, S. Maradhoo was appointed as Managing Director. Other members of the Board of Directors are Ahmed Nashid of M. Nalahiyavila, Ahmed Manik of H. Dew drop, Mohamed Wajeeh Ibrahim of registry no. 4589, and Asad Ali of M. Vaareyvila.

Mr Mohamed Ibrahim of G. Mushiveli was appointed as Chairman, and Abdulla Naushad of M. Shaama as Managing Director for the Board of Directors of Gulhifalhu Industrial Zone Ltd. Other members of the Board of Directors are Ibrahim Waheed Hassan Manik of Ma. Silver scene, and Ali Saifuddeen of Male’ hiya 20-01.

Mr Mohamed Rasheed of registry no. 4226 was appointed as the chairman of the MTDC board, while Mr Mohamed Matheen of Aroma, Ha. Ihavandhoo was appointed as the Managing Director. Other members of the Board of Directors are Abdullah Ahmed of Dhevinage, Gdh. Thinadhoo and Ismail Mifrah of G. Maavehi.
