MTCC gifts Yanmar engine worth MVR 1.3 million to Polytechnic

Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has donated a 350-horsepower Yanmar engine worth MVR 1.3 million to Maldives Polytechnic.

The engine was presented at a ceremony at Maldives Polytechnic this morning, by CEO of MTCC Ibrahim Abdul Razzaq Haleem, and accepted by Minister of State for Education Ahmed Shafeeu.

Speaking at the ceremony, Haleem encouraged young people to join MTCC.

Shafeeu thanked MTCC for the donation, and noted MTCC’s continued assistance towards the development of the institution.
