The Criminal Court has cancelled tomorrow’s hearing in the case against the former Defense Minister Colonel-retired Mohamed Nazim and the current Defense Minister Moosa Ali Jaleel.

The media official of the Criminal Court Ahmed Mohamed Manik told Sun Media today that the hearing was cancelled for administrative purposes.

“A change might come even tonight. But for now, the hearing tomorrow has been cancelled.” The Media official said.

Nazim’s hearing was scheduled to 2 p.m. tomorrow and Jaleel’s hearing was scheduled for 8 p.m. tomorrow.

Former Defense Minister Colonel-retired Mohamed Nazim is charged with importing and possession of a firearm.

The current defense minister has been charged with terrorism.
