Young man stabbed in Male

A young man has been wounded with a sharp object this evening in group assault.

Police media official said that a young man was attacked with a sharp object in a narrow alley near Jamaaluddin School.

Official added that police have been reported about the case at around 7:05 p.m. and the victim has been taken to Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH).

Media official of IGMH, Zeenath said to Sun Online that the young man who was injured in the assault that took place this evening has been discharged after treatment. He had received minor injuries, said Zeenath.
