Bidding opens for retail zones in Apex Realty

Bidding for the sale of retail zones were opened last night from the two buildings being built by Apex Realty Pvt. Ltd, the joint venture of SG18 Developers and Tata Housing.

In the ceremony at Hotel Jen last night, bidding was opened for retail zones from Apex Realty’s share of the flats being built at Gaakoshi, and the flats being built on the land where Arabiyya School was previously located. The bidding process was opened by the Managing Director of Apex Realty.

Under the contract made between Apex Realty and the Maldivian government, Apex will own the ground and the first floors of the buildings.

Information period of the bids for the retail zones have been opened until 5:00 p.m. on 8 March, and the pre-bid meeting is set for 10 March. The bid proposals are to be submitted a month later.

The Managing Director of Apex Realty said that the major works on both buildings have been finished, and the buildings are expected to be completed by November.
