Bangladeshi man arrested on suspicion of sexual abuse of disabled woman

A Bangladeshi man has been arrested on suspicion of sexual abuse of a disabled woman in Baa Eydhafushi.

The police spokesperson told Sun Online that the 30-year-old man was arrested last night.

Sources have told Sun Online that by the time people found out about the abuse, the woman was pregnant.

Eydhafushi Council said that the suspect works at a shop in the island, and the woman is speech-impaired.
