Dead whale buried in Hulhumal

The dead whale that had washed ashore on the beach of Hulhumalé has been buried.

An official of Housing Development Corporation (HDC) sad that the 60-foot whale has been buried in the ground where it was found, near the waste disposal ground in Hulhumalé.

The whale was severely decomposed when it was discovered on the beach this morning.
