Ministry of Islamic Affairs has invited interested parties to submit proposals for organising the Hajj pilgrimage for 2015.
The deadline for submitting the proposals is 10:00 a.m. on 26 February 2015.
The ministry informed that as per Article 7 (b) of the Policy on Organising the Hajj Pilgrimage, all companies that submit proposals must send one representative, but not more than two representatives, to the meeting for opening proposals.
The ministry has decided to select three companies to organise the Hajj pilgrimage, and to give each company 134 slots this year.
The companies are required to include details such as fees and number of assistants in the proposals. The ministry has said that the proposals would be disqualified if the fees indicated are inappropriate for this service.
Moreover, the permit would be revoked if the company attempts to collect any amount of money from the pilgrims in addition to the fees stated in the proposal, said the ministry.
A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on 5 February, at the Islamic Ministry.
