Dangerous accident causes injury to two youngsters

A motorcycle went out of control while being driven at a high speed at Addu City, causing injuries to two under-aged youngsters who were on it.

A police Media Official told Sun Online today that the accident occurred around 14:10 hrs local time this afternoon, at the Maradhoo Feydhoo Section of the Addu City Link Road. He said that the driver lost control of the vehicle, causing it to hit a wall.

One of the boys is 17 years of age, and the other is 16 years old. One of them suffered severe injuries, and both are currently being treated at Feydhoo Health Center.

The police are investigating the accident as of now, and no further details are available.
