Fourth suspect arrested over Rilwan

A fourth person has been arrested in relation to the disappearance of Minivan News journalist Ahmed Rilwan.

The other three arrests were made on Saturday.

Police said that the fourth suspect is a 25-year-old male. No details have been disclosed of any of the suspects.

Rilwan disappeared 52 days ago. As part of the search operation, Police have searched locations in Male’, Hulhumale’, and several other islands.

Police have also said that video footage of 293 hours, collected from 30 cameras in various locations, are under investigation; and some forensic evidence have been sent abroad for further study.
